Life Love Lens | Colorado
Happy October everybody! Fall is finally here! Well, in most places anyway. We are still in the high 80’s here in Texas. A new month means to a new personal post for our monthly blog circle. If you’ve missed my other posts, you can go back and catch up on them all here. It is a talented group of photographers across the country who share their posts each month. Once you are done here, follow the full circle and start with Denise Button’s blog!
I was fortunate to spend most of last week in Colorado taking in all of its beauty! We started in Denver and took a road trip all over — Crested Butte, Gunnison, Ouray, Telluride — and it was all so spectacular. I am so thankful that we had a Colorado guru with us (my dad!) who took us on some crazy mountain passes and showed us some incredibly beautiful scenery. Living in Texas for the past few years has given me a new appreciation for fall color. We just don’t see that here. We also saw a ton of wildlife… cows, deer, ram, elk and even moose!!
Anyway – scroll down to see just a few of my favorite pictures from my trip!
These images don’t even do this trip justice. You must get out there and see it for yourself. I already want to plan a trip for next fall, maybe the Rockies or the New England area? What is your favorite place to experience fall?
Don’t forget to stop by Denise’s blog to continue the blog circle!
Happy Friday Friends!
